What is the Memory Walk?

UUCCI-Memory-Walk

Located in the woods behind the UUCCI building, the Memory Walk is a peaceful pathway through the woods. It is an accessible natural space that may be used in many ways:

  • gatherings
  • services
  • weddings
  • religious education activities
  • meditation and contemplation
  • memorial area
  • scatter garden

StonesAs a scatter garden, the Memory Walk is a resting place for the cremated remains of the UUCCI community: its members, its friends, and their loved ones. It is a visible witness that we remember and honor living and dying within this church community.
