Our organizational structure is made up of two major categories: Ministry and Governance.

Ministry

The minister is the chief of staff, paid and unpaid people, with responsibility for Ministry and Programs. Teams of volunteers may be organized to run the various programs of the congregation under the supervision of the staff. Areas of responsibility include:

Governance

The congregation-elected Board of Trustees is ultimately responsible for governance by creating policy and long-term strategy. This may be accomplished by the Board or Committees of the Board, which may include non-elected volunteers. Areas of responsibility include:
