Our organizational structure is made up of two major categories: Ministry and Governance.

The minister is the chief of staff, paid and unpaid people, with responsibility for Ministry and Programs. Teams of volunteers may be organized to run the various programs of the congregation under the supervision of the staff. Areas of responsibility include:

    • Landscaping
    • Memory Walk
  • Building Use (rentals)

The congregation-elected Board of Trustees is ultimately responsible for governance by creating policy and long-term strategy. Areas of responsibility include:

  • Broad policy-making
  • Strategic Planning
  • Finance
    • Stewardship
    • Bookkeeping
    • Audit/Oversite
